Burning Bridges AI Template operates burningbridgesaitemplate.com. For privacy requests, email contact@burningbridgesaitemplate.com. This policy applies to this site, its accounts, payments, and video generator.
Data we use
- Account and security: email, account profile, password verification data, session cookies, and technical records needed to protect the service.
- Video creation: the portrait you upload, selected duration, resolution and aspect ratio, generation prompt, task status, and the generated video. The generator uses a fixed motion reference. Upload only a portrait you have permission to use.
- Purchases: order, PayPal transaction references, credit grants, credit usage, and support records. PayPal handles payment details in its own checkout; we receive the details needed to confirm an order and resolve problems.
- Support: information you send by email or through an account support ticket.
How we use and share it
We use this data to register and authenticate accounts, generate and deliver videos, maintain credits, process purchases, respond to support, prevent abuse, and keep the service working. Cloudflare hosts the site and private media; Supabase hosts account and transaction records; Kie processes portraits, motion references, prompts and generation tasks; Resend may deliver account email; and PayPal processes checkout when enabled. These providers receive only the data needed for their roles. We do not sell personal information.
The portrait and motion reference are provided to the AI provider for generation. A signed link to an uploaded portrait or the motion reference can be used for a limited time by anyone who obtains that link. Finished videos require the signed-in account that created them. Do not put sensitive information in a portrait or prompt.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep you signed in and support account security. With your optional consent, Google Analytics measures page visits and checkout outcomes. We omit URL query strings, portraits, prompts and account details from these events. Rejecting analytics does not affect your account, payment or video generation. You can change your choice through “Analytics settings” in the site footer. Advertising integrations are disabled.
Storage and your choices
Account, order, credit, and task records are kept as needed to run the service, resolve requests, and meet applicable obligations. Uploaded portraits and generated videos remain in private storage until removed through our support process; there is currently no automatic deletion period or self-service deletion control. External providers may have their own retention rules. To request access, correction, export, account closure, or deletion, email contact@burningbridgesaitemplate.com. We may verify your identity and retain records where required for payment, security, or legal reasons.
