Service and operator
Burning Bridges AI Template operates burningbridgesaitemplate.com. Contact contact@burningbridgesaitemplate.com. By using the service you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher.
Accounts, uploads and use
Keep your account secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. You must have permission to upload the portrait you submit and to use any other material you provide. Do not upload another person's image without their consent, infringe rights, impersonate someone, or use the service for unlawful or harmful content. You remain responsible for your inputs and for how you publish or use the resulting video.
We use a fixed motion reference to guide the AI generator. The output is a silent, 10- or 15-second video in the selected available resolution and aspect ratio. AI results vary: the face, hands, timing, or scene may differ from the source, and we cannot guarantee an exact match or uninterrupted service. Review the video before sharing it.
Credits and payments
The selected generation cost is shown before submission. Credits are used when a task is accepted. If a task is marked failed, its consumed credits are returned to the balance. A completed generation normally uses its credits even if you dislike the result; contact support if a technical fault occurred.
When checkout is available, the displayed products are one-time credit packs in US dollars, not subscriptions. The price and number of credits are shown before payment. PayPal processes checkout. Credits are granted after payment is confirmed; a canceled or pending payment does not grant credits. To request a payment refund, email contact@burningbridgesaitemplate.com with your order reference. We review requests under applicable law and PayPal's payment process. A credit return after a failed task is separate from a payment refund.
Availability and support
We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms or to protect the service. To request account closure or ask about an order or generation, email contact@burningbridgesaitemplate.com or open a support ticket while signed in. We may update these terms; the date above identifies the latest revision.
